Welcome to bn999. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the bn999 website, mobile platform, and all associated products including sports betting, live casino, poker, ludo and any other features offered by bn999. By accessing or using any part of the bn999 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without exception.

If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must not use the bn999 platform or any of its services. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. bn999 recommends checking this page periodically so you are always aware of the current version.

To open and use a bn999 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bn999 does not permit anyone under the age of 18 to register, deposit, or participate in any activity on the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — corporations, trusts, partnerships, or other legal entities are not permitted to hold bn999 accounts.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have previously been permanently excluded from bn999 or any affiliated platform.
• You must be registering for personal entertainment purposes only. Using the platform for commercial or professional gain on behalf of a third party is not permitted without written authorisation from bn999.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of bn999 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on bn999. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. You are responsible for keeping your account details current.
• You must provide a valid Pakistani mobile phone number and a working email address. bn999 may use these for account verification, security alerts and promotional communications.
• Account login credentials including your password are confidential. You must not share your username or password with any other person. bn999 will never ask for your password via email or live chat.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact bn999 support immediately at support@bn999.im.
• bn999 reserves the right to refuse account registrations at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.
• Accounts that remain completely inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to inactivity fees as described in the promotional terms, or may be closed after written notice to the registered email address.

All transactions on bn999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to your deposited funds. The following terms apply to all deposits made on bn999:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposit amounts may require additional verification.
• bn999 accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards. Supported methods and their processing times are displayed at the deposit screen.
• Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your bn999 wallet instantly in the vast majority of cases. Processing delays caused by third-party payment providers are beyond bn999's control, though support will assist in tracing delayed deposits.
• Funds deposited to bn999 must be from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed and the originating account reviewed.
• bn999 does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — bn999 has no control over these.
• bn999 reserves the right to carry out verification checks before accepting a deposit or processing any transaction above specified thresholds.

bn999 is committed to processing player withdrawals promptly and without unnecessary delay. The following terms govern all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for standard accounts, though larger withdrawals may be processed in tranches and may require enhanced verification.
• Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within 5–10 minutes of approval, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including public holidays.
• IBFT bank transfers are typically processed within 1–2 hours during standard banking hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM). Transfers initiated outside these hours may be processed the following business day.
• bn999 does not charge fees on PKR withdrawals. Any charges levied by your receiving bank or payment provider are independent of bn999.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your bn999 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Before your first withdrawal, bn999 may request identity verification documents including a valid CNIC and proof of the payment method used. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and is not a reflection on individual players.
• Only your deposited real-money balance is freely withdrawable without conditions. Bonus credit and winnings generated from bonus credit are subject to wagering requirements as outlined in Section 6.

bn999 regularly offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, tournament tickets and referral bonuses. The following general terms apply to all promotions. Specific terms for individual promotions are published on the relevant promotion page and take precedence where they conflict with these general terms.

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per IP address and per device. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using different accounts is a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus funds are added to your bonus balance separately from your real-money balance. Real money is used first for bets; bonus credit is used after the real-money balance reaches zero.
• All bonus credit on bn999 is subject to a wagering requirement before it can be withdrawn as real money. The standard wagering requirement is stated in the specific promotion terms — typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x means a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted).
• Wagering on sports betting typically contributes 100% toward the requirement. Live casino, poker and ludo contribution rates vary and are stated in promotion-specific terms.
• bn999 reserves the right to amend, pause or withdraw any promotion at any time. Promotions are not available to players who have self-excluded or have voluntary spending limits that prevent them from meeting the qualifying requirements.
• Bonus abuse — including matched betting strategies, arbitrage, or any systematic behaviour identified as exploiting promotions — will result in the cancellation of associated bonus balances and review of the player account.
• Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified timeframe will result in the bonus balance expiring. bn999 is not required to provide a warning before a bonus expires.

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on bn999, covering cricket, football, tennis, kabaddi and all other sports available on the platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change before confirmation — the price shown during bet selection is indicative until the bet slip is submitted and confirmed.
• Bets are binding once confirmed. bn999 will not cancel or amend a confirmed bet unless there is a clear and demonstrable pricing error — a price so far removed from the true market that no reasonable person would consider it intentional.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to a short processing delay to allow odds to update. A bet placed during this delay may be accepted at updated odds. bn999 reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after the relevant event has concluded.
• If a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, all standard win/lose markets will be voided unless the event is completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time. Bets on markets that have already been decided are settled on the result at the time the event was abandoned.
• Maximum bet limits per market and per event are displayed on the bet slip. bn999 reserves the right to limit maximum bet sizes for individual players without being required to provide a reason.
• Accumulator bets containing one voided selection are settled as if that selection was never included. The remaining selections are settled at their respective odds.
• Errors in published odds — including typographical errors — may result in bets being voided at bn999's discretion. In such cases, stakes are returned in full.

The following rules apply to all live casino games, online casino, and poker games available on bn999:

• Casino games on bn999 use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) for all virtual games. Live dealer games use real physical cards and equipment monitored by independent oversight.
• In the event of a disconnection during a casino or poker game, bn999's system will complete the hand or round in accordance with its standard game rules. bn999 is not liable for losses resulting from player-side connection failures.
• Poker games on bn999 are played between real human players. Chip dumping, collusion between players, use of automated software ("bots"), and any other form of cheating will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Tournament entries are non-refundable once the tournament has started. Re-entry policies where applicable are stated in the tournament lobby before entry.
• Malfunctions in casino software — including graphical glitches that do not affect the underlying outcome — do not affect game results. In the event of a genuine technical malfunction affecting game integrity, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for casino games are theoretical long-run values based on mathematical models and do not guarantee specific individual outcomes.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bn999 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and possible reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account policy.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers or any artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in arbitrage, matched betting, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit bonus terms or guaranteed-profit opportunities on the platform.
• Collusion with other players in poker or any multiplayer game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using stolen payment methods, fraudulent payment details or misrepresenting the source of deposited funds.
• Attempting to launder money or otherwise use bn999 in connection with any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or bn999 staff via any communication channel.
• Exploiting a known technical error or software glitch to generate winnings that would not occur under normal operating conditions. Any winnings generated in this manner will be voided.

bn999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides a range of tools designed to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from your account dashboard. Limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase activates.
• Session time limits and reality check reminders: Set a maximum session length or request regular pop-up reminders showing how long you have been playing and how much you have spent.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming can apply for a temporary exclusion (1 week to 6 months) or a permanent self-exclusion. Permanently excluded players cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
• If you are self-excluding for problem gambling reasons, please also contact support so we can flag your account appropriately and ensure marketing communications are stopped immediately.

bn999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms you also accept the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data is collected for account operation, identity verification, fraud prevention and, where you have consented, marketing communications.
• bn999 uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmitted between your device and the platform servers.
• bn999 does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, regulatory bodies, and fraud prevention services as required.
• You have the right to request a copy of the data bn999 holds about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of data subject to legal retention requirements.

All content on the bn999 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video, data compilations, software and the overall design and structure of the platform — is the property of bn999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, broadcast or distribute any part of the bn999 platform content without prior written permission from bn999.
• The bn999 name, logo and brand identifiers are trademarks of the company. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bn999's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows:

• bn999 is not liable for any loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• bn999 is not responsible for internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, third-party payment provider failures or other factors outside its direct control that affect your ability to access or use the platform.
• bn999 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and reserves the right to perform maintenance that may result in temporary unavailability. Where possible, bn999 will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance periods.
• bn999's total liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your account in the 12 months preceding the claim.

bn999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or any illegal use of the platform.
• Receipt of a valid request from a law enforcement authority or regulatory body.
• Detection of multiple accounts linked to the same player.
• Player self-exclusion request.

Where an account is closed due to player breach, any balance remaining may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to player fault, the remaining real-money balance will be returned via the original deposit method after identity verification. Bonus balances are not returned in any closure scenario.

bn999 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top. For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, bn999 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to the registered address on your account, or via a prominent in-platform notification.

Your continued use of bn999 after any changes have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you must stop using the platform before the change takes effect and, if you wish to close your account, contact support@bn999.im.
